Marea — AI Marine Species Identification App |

Marea is a full-stack web application designed to help users identify marine species from photographs using artificial intelligence.

The application allows users to upload images of marine life, which are analyzed by an AI model to generate structured results including species identification, common name and additional information. Each entry can then be edited and stored in a personal observation journal.

The project focuses on creating a clear and frictionless user flow, allowing users to move seamlessly from account creation to building their own marine discovery collection.

The interface was designed with a minimalist approach inspired by ocean environments. A calm palette of deep blues and turquoise accents creates an immersive experience while maintaining strong visual hierarchy and readability.
